RankShield Legal is the legal pillar of the RankShield Network — a verifiable AI and quantum security platform founded by Jamie Kloncz. The founding conviction is simple: in a profession built on evidence, claims about AI safety should be evidence too. Anyone can say “secure.” We build systems where you can check.
RankShield began with a personal wake-up call: its founder's own devices and business were attacked — including an AI voice-cloning scam that targeted his family. The lesson wasn't that AI is dangerous; it's that unverifiable systems are. That origin grew into the RankShield Network: one verifiable security fabric protecting people, businesses, and now regulated professions, where every consequential action leaves a receipt anyone can independently check.
Law is where unverifiable AI hurts most. Courts are sanctioning lawyers over fabricated citations, clients are demanding proof about where their privileged material went, and legal confidentiality — which never expires — is the worst-case target for harvest-now, decrypt-later collection. Every one of those is an evidence problem, and evidence is what this platform produces: citation certificates, privilege-isolation attestations, and post-quantum-signed records sealed to a public transparency log.
Who is behind RankShield Legal?
RankShield Legal is founded and led by Jamie Kloncz as part of the RankShield Network, which spans verifiable AI and quantum-safe security across web, enterprise, and regulated verticals including financial services and healthcare. The legal pillar applies the same live, verifiable security fabric — post-quantum signing and tamper-evident transparency logs — to the specific duties of legal practice.
Is RankShield Legal a law firm?
No. RankShield is a security vendor, not a law firm, and nothing it publishes is legal advice. Its role is producing verifiable technical evidence — what was checked, what was isolated, what was consented to — that lawyers, courts, and clients can rely on when making their own judgments.
What stage is the product?
The certification and attestation engine is built and running on the RankShield Network, with citation resolution wired to live case-law. We are onboarding design-partner firms — ideally with a KeyCite or Shepard's citator integration — before enabling enforce-mode blocking of filings. Early access is open now.
